Love Disney World, but always thought it could be improved with a wine-themed section? Have I got the place for you. Located in the wine capital of the world, Bordeaux, La Cité du Vin is a wine theme park (or, as the major proclaimed, a "Guggenheim to wine"), complete with rides, simulations and experiences.

Where to begin? Well, the building was designed by Parisian architects to resemble the swirl of wine in a glass, first off, and it makes a bold statement on the Garonne riverbank. Inside, you'll find 20 permanent multimedia exhibits that feature everything from an aromatic sniffing station to computer-generated replications of famous wine personalities to virtual vineyard tours to a boat ride that simulates the maritime journey of 18th-century wine merchants. There's even a children's workshop, where grape juice is poured for the youngest connoisseurs.

It's not all fun and games, though — at its core, La Cité du Vin is a serious ode to wine. There are tasting sessions led by wine experts, a restaurant and rooftop wine bar, and a wineshop selling 14,000 bottles from more than 80 countries. After you've meandered through the 10 floors of wine exploration, there's an option to board a boat directly in front of the museum and sail to famous Bordeaux vineyards for the real deal.

I know where I'm going the next time I win the Super Bowl.
