This Winery Is Adding A Spicy Twist to Wine
Most people drink crisp white wines to tame the heat in their food. But what if you want to add some heat? That's when you turn to Galena Cellars' jalapeno wine.
Yup, those are spicy little peppers that you see floating at the top of the bottle. The white blend is infused with serranos and jalapenos, and is described as a wine "with a little more bite." The Illinois-based winery is known for producing wines infused with fruit flavors, including blueberry, peach and rhubarb. But it's the jalapeno wine that has spice lovers buzzing.
We're not sure we can handle this sort of heat! What do you think?
